Gorilla Support Services Pty Ltd trading as Valley Brake & Clutch operates a multi service licensed workshop conducting servicing, maintenance and repairs for the general public, commercial fleet operators, mining operations support and local government authorities at our dual-purpose facility in Singleton NSW.

We carry out all types of service, repair and upgrade work and offer variety working on all makes and models of Light and Heavy vehicles. 4wd servicing, repairs, suspension, GVM and brake upgrades are all catered for. We have a full drive through inspection bay with a Maha Brake & Shaker Unit.

Due to an internal restructure and current trade labor requirement, we have 2 positions available.

We are seeking the services of a Trade Qualified Automotive Mechanic/Technician and a Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Truck Technician for full time roles. The role requires individuals who are dedicated in their trade, disciplined, work safe and want to be part of a small professional team.

We offer RDO's, above award wages, some overtime, uniforms and a positive work culture. This is a Monday to Friday role with some weekday OT and some Saturdays as required.

Role Requirements

Relevant Trade Qualifications in either trade (3rd or 4th year apprentices) are welcome to apply

Current valid NSW Drivers License

Able to pass a pre-employment medical

Reside in working radius of 75kms from Singleton (can be discussed relocation options)

Own reliable transport

2 checkable industry references

Desirable

Supervisor/Team Leader experience and or qualifications

Any post trade/training qualifications

AIS Examiner or HVAIS Examiner qualifications

Truck driver's license (MR, HR, HC highly regarded)

Forklift ticket (current)
