The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated HVAC & Refrigeration Apprentices to join our growing teams across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Whether you're already undertaking an apprenticeship and looking to further develop your skills, or you're looking to start your career in the HVAC and refrigeration industry, this is an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while working across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites.

You'll gain valuable hands-on experience working on a variety of air conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical systems while building the skills needed for a successful long-term career in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with the installation, service and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Work alongside qualified technicians on commercial and industrial sites

• Diagnose faults and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues

• Learn industry best practices and technical procedures

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards

• Contribute to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service

• Complete required training and apprenticeship competencies

What You'll Bring

• Current driver's licence or the ability to obtain one

• Previous experience in a trade or construction environment

• Current apprenticeship in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

• Additional industry tickets or certifications

• Basic hand tool experience
