Unearthed RV is a Sunshine Coast based manufacturer of premium custom campervans built on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter platforms. As part of the Caravan Repair Centre group, our family-owned business has been operating from the same location for almost 40 years and has built a reputation for quality workmanship, innovation and attention to detail.

We are seeking a motivated Workshop Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position that provides the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills including cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, fabrication and vehicle fitout.

No previous RV experience is required. We are looking for people with the right attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.

About the Role

As a Workshop Assistant, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople and assist in all aspects of custom campervan construction.

Duties may include:

• Workshop preparation and organisation

• Assisting with cabinetry installation

• Assisting with electrical and plumbing fit outs

• Vehicle accessory installation

• Assembly and finishing work

• General workshop duties

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

The successful applicant will:

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Take pride in their work and attention to detail

• Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated

• Enjoy hands-on practical work

• Have a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career

• Have basic hand and power tool experience (preferred but not essential)

• Hold a current driver's licence (preferred)
