We are currently hiring for multiple roles:

• Experienced Fencing & Retaining wall labourers

• Experienced Team Leaders/Leading Hands

• Skilled Labourers with relevant industry experience
  

We are specifically looking for people who have hands-on experience installing fencing and retaining walls.

This is not an entry-level role - you must be confident on the tools and understand the basics of installation.

• Salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 based on skills and/or experience.

The Roles

Installers & Skilled Labourers

• Install fencing and retaining walls to a high standard

• Work efficiently within a crew

• Contribute to a safe, productive site
  

Team Leaders/Leading Hands

• Lead a small crew on-site

• Oversee installs and ensure quality workmanship

• Train and support team members

• Keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule

What We're Looking For

Essential (all applicants):

• Proven experience installing fencing and retaining walls

• Experience with Colorbond and chainmesh fencing highly regarded

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship

• White Card

• Current Driver's Licence

For Leadership Roles:

• 2+ years of experience in installing Colorbond & chain mesh fencing and retaining walls.

• A resilient, quality-driven attitude: We need someone motivated to push through the tough days, solve problems on the fly, and meet deadlines without cutting corners on quality.

• A leader by example – you don't ask your team to do anything you wouldn't do yourself.

• We keep our projects streamlined using Sitebook. Experience with this program is desirable, but not essential.
