About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team at Pool Guys Adelaide. As a full-time Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pool maintenance and repair services to our residential and commercial clients all across Adelaide.
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical skillset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal applicant would have experience in-field with Swimming Pool Maintenance however we are happy to provide training to the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular pool cleaning, chemical treatment, and equipment servicing to keep pools in immaculate condition
Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and automation systems
Pool equipment Installation
Advise clients on the best pool maintenance practices and recommend necessary upgrades or repairs
Maintain accurate records of all service visits and work performed
Liaise with clients to address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Green Pool Recovery

What we're looking for:

Ideally experience as a Pool Service Technician or in a similar role - But as mentioned training will be provided to the right applicant.
Strong technical knowledge of pool equipment, chemistry, and maintenance best practices
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex pool issues
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
Valid driver's license.
Be reliable and well presented.
Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
Provide a National Police Clearance
