Handy person

All 1 Building Maintenance are looking for a motivated person to join our team carrying out multi-skilled commercial and domestic building maintenance works. Multi skilled/ all rounder person to perform jobs for example: carpentry, hanging new doors, painting, grounds maintenance etc.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or handyperson work is required. Carpentry or other trade contractors licence or qualifications are preferable, but not essential.

Wage rate will depend on skill level and previous experience.

Onsite training and inductions will be provided as required. This position has the potential to build to part-time or full-time employment.

Our successful candidate must be punctual, with attention to detail and take care in the quality of work they carry out. Candidates must be physically fit and able to lift items up to 20kg.

The position will involve travel to various sites in the Northern Rivers region. A full driver's licence is required for this position.

Candidates must be Australian permanent residents or citizens with valid work rights.

A National Police Check Certificate less than 3 months old will be required, with no past criminal record. Criminal history will be assessed on a case by case basis.
