SEQ Site Supervisor

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Site Supervisor to head our service provisions within the Brisbane Metro area for a key client. This is a 5-star multi levelled building where no two days are the same.  

 In this role you will be responsible for a range of tasks including: 

• Overseeing all operations and service on the site 

• Assisting in the development, promotion and implementation of occupational health and safety, and environmental policies and procedures 

• Managing the daily staff rosters, identifying training needs for operational staff  

• Co-ordination of purchasing and production of services to meet quality, cost and service commitments to the client  

• Communicating company objectives and procedures to employee’s  

• Conducting toolbox and pre-start meetings

• Processing of stock ordering and expense claims by staff  

• Managing client expectations and delivery standards within the financial budget established for the contract  

• Reporting against monthly budgets and KPI’s   

• Liaising with the client on a regular basis and responding to their needs in a timely manner  

• Managing and sending through fortnightly timesheets on schedule  

 To be successful in this role you will need: 

• Experience in the cleaning industry or a similar field  

• Extensive management experience  

• A strong customer service focus  

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Solid computer skills 

• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines  

• Strong attention to detail  

• Good written and verbal communication skills  

• The ability to lead and manage a team of varying skill levels 

• The ability to be flexible in your working hours
