We are seeking an experienced Solar Installer to join our team to service the Greater Brisbane area.

We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic, a positive "can do" attitude and a natural aptitude towards problem-solving.

You will also need some basic technical skills with the ability to use an iPhone for communicating, recording data, and utilising the software we run.

The main types of work include:

• Residential solar installations normally ranging from 1.5kW to 15kW

• Solar + battery installations

• Solar replacement systems for insurance

• General electrical work as required
  

You MUST have:

• Current Australian or New Zealand electrical workers license

• SAA Accreditation (CEC Accreditation)

• Construction White Card

• Current drivers license

• Experience with residential solar installations

Highly desirable:

• Battery accreditation/licence

• Experience with general electrical work

We will provide:

• $60-$70 per hour + superannuation

• Daily install bonus — $100 for 6.6kW and under, $200 for any system over 6.6kW

A typical day will look similar to this:

You will receive an organised schedule of jobs from around Brisbane. These jobs will vary from standard residential installs to larger systems and battery installations or testing.

On each job, you will understand what you need to do and do a great job at balancing time, quality and customer expectations.

You will stay in contact with the rest of the team to make sure that your day is smooth. The team is here to support you to succeed.
