Experienced Carpenter - Permanent Full-Time Role

Are you a qualified carpenter looking for a secure, full-time role with excellent pay and consistent work all year round?
We're looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our clients growing team building high-quality modular units in a modern undercover production environment.

This isn't site work.

You'll be building modular units inside their production facility — framing, fit-out, finishing — the same trade you know, just under a roof and out of the weather. The work is steady, the standards are high, and what you build today gets delivered directly to our customers exactly as they want it.
You'll work as part of a small crew that owns the build from frame to finish. If something's not right, you call it. If you see a better way to do it, we want to hear it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Framing walls, floors, and roof structures to drawings and specifications
• Completing 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry work
• Installing windows, doors, cladding, linings, and trims
• Fitting out interiors including cabinetry, joinery, and fixtures
• Reading plans and working to tight tolerances (modular doesn't forgive sloppy work)
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working with the team to achieve production targets and maintain workflow

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent recognised trade qualification)
• Solid hands-on carpentry experience
• Experience in framing, 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
• Ability to read plans and work accurately to specifications
• White Card
• Physically fit and capable of working on your feet throughout the day
• Current Driver's Licence

Highly Regarded

• Experience in modular, prefab, or residential construction
• Forklift Licence
• EWP Ticket
• Cabinetry or joinery experience
