Roof Plumber – Western & Geelong region (Full Time)

About the role: 

• You’ll be working primarily on flashing work and smaller “one-man” roof plumbing tasks – perfect for someone who enjoys the finer details of roof flashings. 
• Operating in the Western Melbourne or Geelong region, you’ll be supporting our residential builds, repairs and maintenance jobs. 
• You’ll often work independently or in a small team, taking responsibility for your ute, your tools and your output.

Key responsibilities: 

• Fabricate and install roof flashing, metal roof sheets, penetrations, gutters and the like. 
• Manage your daily schedule, arrival times and completion target for jobs. 
• Work safely: ensure all hazards are identified, follow site OH&S and roof-plumbing best practices. 
• Communicate effectively with site supervisor/construction manager and the client when required. 
• Maintain your tools, vehicle and company-provided resources in good order. 

Your skills & experience: 

• Qualified roof plumber or experienced tradesperson with demonstrated experience in flashing / smaller roof-plumbing jobs. 
• Comfortable working one-man jobs and capable of planning your day. 
• Strong attention to detail, pride in your workmanship and ability to finish jobs cleanly. 
• Valid driver’s licence, (own ute or company vehicle options available)    
• Good communication, reliable attendance and a positive “can-do” attitude.
