Join a busy and well-established quarry operation in Bacchus Marsh that is actively seeking experienced Fitters or Boilermakers to support its high-performing maintenance team. Working alongside skilled diesel fitters, mechanics, and trade assistants, you'll play a key role in keeping essential plant and machinery running smoothly in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Your new role

You'll be working as part of an experienced maintenance crew to keep critical plant and equipment running efficiently.
This is a practical, boots-on-the-ground role, where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in:

• Maintenance and repair of quarry machinery and fixed plant
  
• Welding, fabrication, and mechanical fitting work
  
• Troubleshooting breakdowns and minimising downtime
  
• Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Cert III in Engineering (Fitter or Boilermaker)
  
• Strong welding and fabrication skills
  
• Experience in maintenance environments (quarry/mining/heavy industry highly regarded)
  
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
  
• A proactive, reliable, and safety-first mindset
