Harvestaire is requiring the services of a full time fabricator/workshop welder that will be able to assist with our preseason production of aftermarket header parts, we are looking for an experienced, professional fabricator that is also a good team player, you need the ability to read fabrication drawings, familiar with production work orders, work independently or within the team, ability to use hand tools and other equipment, eye for detail, ensure output always meets quality control.

MIG welding experience

• Ability to read drawings

• Variety of jobs to fabricate

• There is elements of repetitive jig work

• All welding and protective equipment provided and a commitment to safe work practices

• Workshop hours Mon–Thurs (7 am – 3:30 pm) & Friday (7am - 1pm); with some flexibility for the right candidate

What do we ask from you?  

• Qualified fabricator or long term workshop experience

• Pride yourself on quality of work

• Ability to conduct all aspects of fabrication

• Hold a C Class Drivers Licence (WA)

• Forklift tickets preferred but not essential

• Read and interpret drawings – problem solve when required

• Good communicator

• Be reliable and personable
