Wyndham Accident Repair Centre is a busy and well-established collision repair business located in Hoppers Crossing. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional repairs and outstanding customer service, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Vehicle Spray Painter to become a valued member of our professional team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working in a modern workshop alongside a skilled and supportive team. You'll be responsible for preparing, colour matching, painting, and refinishing vehicles to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and accurately colour match automotive paints.
• Apply high-quality paint finishes using spray-painting equipment.
• Complete refinishing and touch-up work to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with panel beaters and other workshop team members.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sound knowledge of automotive paint systems and repair processes.
• A reliable, punctual, and motivated attitude.
• Relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded).
