Technical Lubrication Services (TLS) is looking for multiple candidates to fill the following positions for ongoing FIFO casual shutdown work in the Pilbara Region.
· Shutdown Lubrication Technician | Trade Qualified
· Shutdown Lubrication Technician | Non Trade

Key Responsibilities:
Perform lubrication tasks on fixed plant equipment, such as filter and oil changeouts, grease sampling, and hose replacements.
Assemble and crimp hose assemblies as required.
Conduct routine inspections, repairs and maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in fixed plant mechanical maintenance or shutdowns.
Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.
Experienced Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitters are highly desirable.
Experienced non-trade Lubrication Technicians are also highly desirable.
Other mechanical type trades and non-trade candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis, pending their industry experience.
Familiarity with equipment used in the mining or heavy industry sectors is important.
Hydraulics & Pneumatics experience (advantageous)
Tube Bending experience (advantageous)
Experience in hydraulic hoses and fittings, tube and pipe assemblies (advantageous)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings (advantageous)
Site Inductions (FMG, BHP, RIO, Roy Hill) – preferred but not mandatory.
Current Australian Manual Driver's License (advantageous)
Must have valid Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, Gas Test Atmosphere, and First Attack Fire Fighting certifications (within two years) or be willing to obtain these before engagement.
MUST be a team player with a proactive attitude.
Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a lab drug and alcohol test, as part of the recruitment process.
