HVAC Senior Airconditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical Technicians

Active Airconz specialise in all Air conditioning services, Refrigeration and Electrical in our urban, rural and remote areas to a broad range of markets including government, schools, aged care, commercial properties and domestic customers.

Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for multiple positions with flexible working hours;

• Qualified Airconditioning and Refrigeration Technicians

***Applicants wanting to complete dual trade in Electrical is highly desirable.

Experience in these positions are essential and must be able to Travel interstate and remote locations when required. Qualified Technicians must have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical.

HVAC Senior Technician key responsibilities: Work directly under the Director. Coordinate and supervise the activities of hvac technicians, including assigning tasks to ensure timely project completion. Monitor and inspect installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Oversee projects and deliver quality service and maintain strong customer service and communications skills. Maintain a commitment to safety and follow industry standards.

The successful applicants must possess;

- Strong technical problem-solving skills

- Full Artick license and restricted electrical license

- White Card

- A hands-on attitude and ability to support apprentices

- The ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment

- Must be physically fit and agile

- Must be able to obtain national police check and pass drug and alcohol test.

- Must hold a current driver's license

- Must be able to obtain or hold a current working with children card (ochre card)

- Reliable and keen to deliver consistent quality work with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and customer service skills
