Eagle Eye Engineering is a growing agricultural manufacturing business seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fitter to join our team based in Brookton, WA.
This is a drive-in, drive-out position offering a genuine work-life balance with a 4-day work week, accommodation provided and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
Working within our workshop, you will be involved in the manufacture, assembly and repair of agricultural equipment and components.
Your duties will include:
Fabrication and welding of sheep feeders, hay trailers and agricultural equipment
Assembly and fitting of manufactured products
General fabrication, engineering and workshop duties
Repairs and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing quality workmanship.
This position operates on a 4 days on, 3 days off roster with a 40-hour work week.
To accommodate travel to and from Brookton, the roster includes a later start on Monday and an earlier finish on Thursday:
Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 6:30am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 6:30am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
(30-minute unpaid lunch break each day)
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker, Fabricator or Fitter
Strong welding and fabrication skills
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication or agricultural equipment repairs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Current driver's licence
Agricultural experience is advantageous but not essential.
4-day work week with a 3-day weekend every week
