Full Time Spray Painter

The role

Join Supaspray Accident Repair Centre as a Full Time Spray Painter . In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing, painting and finishing vehicles to the highest standard. As part of a friendly team, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the workshop and help deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking and cleaning

• Mix and apply paint to vehicles using spray painting equipment

• Confident in spraying solvent based paint. (currently using Baslac paint system)

• Ensure a high quality finish on all painted surfaces

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

• Work closely with the team to meet production targets and deadlines

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

What we're looking for

• Qualified Automotive spray painter with 3+ years' experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in vehicle paint preparation and application techniques

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

• Current driver's licence
