What You Will Be Doing

• Carrying out roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential and commercial projects.

• Following strict safety protocols and quality standards.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans.

• Working with a variety of roofing materials, tools, and systems.

• Collaborating with a supportive team and communicating clearly with supervisors.

• Stepping up into leadership opportunities as you develop.

• Bringing a can-do attitude and a keenness for learning.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Current driver's licence (essential).

• Proven experience in roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance.

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.

• Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering top-quality workmanship.

• A team player who can listen, adapt, and communicate effectively.

• Trade qualification in roofing (desirable).

• EWP ticket (desirable).
