We work with homeowners, architects, engineers and strata managers to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes. We're growing, and we're looking for a carpenter to come on board and grow with us.

The role

You'll be working directly for the builder — not as part of a contracted carpentry crew. That means you'll get genuine exposure to how a project comes together: working alongside and helping coordinate multiple trades, liasing with clients, and seeing the full picture from plans through to handover. It's the kind of experience that sets you up to run jobs yourself down the track.

You'll be working across residential renovations and remedial projects throughout Sydney's eastern suburbs and surrounds. The work is varied — no two days the same — and you'll be hands-on with quality finishes that you can take pride in.

Day to day you'll be:

• Carrying out first and second fix carpentry on renovation and remedial projects

• Keeping sites clean, safe and well organised

• Working alongside our supervisors and trades to hit milestones

• Communicating clearly with the site supervisor on progress and any issues

About you

We're after someone in their 4th year of apprenticeship or recently qualified, who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career with a quality-focused builder.

You'll have:

• Cert III in Carpentry (or be in your 4th year working towards it)

• A current White Card

• A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

• Your own basic hand tools

• A strong eye for detail and finish quality

• A reliable, punctual approach and a willingness to learn

• The ability to work well in a small group and take direction
