Key Responsibilities

• Assist trade and retail customers both in-store and over the phone
• Identify and source automotive spare parts accurately
• Process sales and handle transactions efficiently
• Support stock control and inventory management

About You

• Previous experience in automotive spare parts (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle components and systems
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
