About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, trade qualified HVAC Service Technician to be part of our QLD team based at our North Lakes office.

What will I be doing:

Reporting to the QLD Manager, you will deliver high quality HVAC services including:

• Preventative maintenance, fault finding, problem solving and repairing of HVAC systems
• Commissioning of various types of air conditioning systems
• Quoting on and follow-up additional and new work
• Installing Commercial HVAC ducting systems across a variety of projects
• Installing pipework and fittings e.g. refrigerant, VRF, multi systems, heat assembly and heat recovery
• Installing drainage systems
• Installation of flexible duct work and fittings and other associated HVAC components
• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, ensuring correct measurements are taken
• Mentoring of apprentices when onsite 
• Completing and submitting of all relevant paperwork and reporting
• Ensuring awareness and practice of WHS compliance with each job

About You:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• QBCC Mechanical Service – Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Occupational Licence
• Valid QLD Drivers Licence
• Construction / White Card
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently
