🔐 Security Service Technician / Upgrade Technician

We have 2 roles available:

Great opportunities are available within the Epsilon Tech (formerly known as SUPA Tech) family.

We are currently seeking experienced Security Service Technician and/or Upgrade Technician to join our NSW team. This role will see you working across sites predominantly in Sydney, with occasional travel to the ACT, Newcastle, and Wollongong.

Depending on the role, as a skilled technician, you will be responsible for the servicing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintenance of a range of electronic security systems.

This is a full-time, hands-on position offering the opportunity to work across diverse projects while contributing to the continued growth and success of our rapidly expanding business.

📋 Depending on the role, You will:

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and/or upgrade a variety of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intercom solutions

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, providing efficient maintenance and repair services

• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide practical, professional advice

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practice

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide clear reporting to management

• Support the wider team with project coordination, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing

👤 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an Electronic Security Service Technician or Upgrade Technician

• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intercom systems

• Knowledge and experience with URMET, DNAKE, iPassan (FDI), and Integriti systems highly regarded / preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites

• Security Licence

• Full working rights in Australia
