Embroidery and Print Team Leader

Reali is a leading supplier of workwear, uniforms, and site safety equipment with operations in Brisbane, Perth, and Mackay. The company has a solid foundation, with a national customer base, and is expected to continue to achieve its planned growth. We are seeking an Embroidery and Print Team Leader to join our team.

Are you a motivated team player?

Based at our Meadowbrook facility, you will lead our decoration division, focusing on productivity. Your goal is to ensure that our clients receive the highest-quality, decorated garments. The position will suit someone who enjoys variety in their workday tasks and is committed to operational excellence. This position is available immediately.

Your role will continue to grow within an expanding company. The right candidate will seek to invest in their career through training and personal development, focusing on opportunities for career progression.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Order and production planning

• Managing labour with the assistance of the Head of Operations

• Operating our DTF and UV printer when needed

• Heat-sealing logos when needed

• Operating our embroidery machines

• Training and developing your team

• Working to our Four Pillars of Success: High Performance, Teamwork, Respect and Communication

What is required?

You will need to operate effectively within our team, possessing the right attitude, skills, and knowledge to accomplish the job. These include: 

• A proactive and inquisitive personality 

• Ability to operate a computer and cloud-based operating systems 

• Prior Garment decoration experience 

• Team leader experience

• Eye for detail 

• Drive to exceed our clients' and team's expectations 

• Ability to adapt to change, coachable, willing to learn 

• Available to work a minimum of 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
