Springwood Nissan is seeking a high‑performing Car Care Manager to drive sales of premium vehicle protection products and support one of the dealership’s most important revenue streams.

With 200+ retail vehicle opportunities each month and a diverse range of in‑demand brands, this role gives you the platform to excel, increase penetration rates, and elevate the customer experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Car Care Sales & Customer Presentation

You will present premium car care products including paint protection, interior protection, window tinting and approved enhancement packages. You’ll deliver engaging, value‑driven product presentations, guide customers through options that suit their purchase, and maintain strong penetration rates across all new and used vehicle deliveries.

Driving Aftercare Performance

You’ll maximise per‑vehicle revenue through skilled communication and closing techniques, tailoring recommendations to customer needs and identifying opportunities to enhance both product uptake and customer satisfaction.

Supporting Dealership Operations

Collaboration is key — you’ll work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Finance and Service teams to ensure alignment between vehicle sales and aftermarket installation while maintaining compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standards.

Customer Experience Excellence

Provide clear, transparent explanations of product benefits and ensure the customer’s experience is seamless and positive from purchase through to delivery. Professional presentation and communication are essential.

About You

You’re a confident, motivated consultant who knows how to turn opportunities into results.

• Proven success in automotive sales, aftermarket sales, or F&I

• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills

• Ability to influence outcomes through expertise and consistency

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Customer‑focused, polished, and proactive

Experience with dealership operations or aftermarket products is highly regarded.
