About the role

As a Parts Interpreter/Customer Service Representative, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of spare parts for both our Service Department and valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Swift and precise interpretation of spare parts 

• Delivering exceptional customer service 

• Expert inventory management and stock control  

• Timely and cost-effective ordering 

• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and customers alike

What We're Looking For

• Impeccable presentation

• A positive, customer focused mindset

• Reliability and punctuality with a "can do" attitude

• Strong team player mentality

• Familiarity with parts processing programs

• Forklift and car driving license (an advantage)

Additional Assets:

• Previous parts interpreting experience

• Retail background

• An understanding of mechanics/earthmoving equipment
