Joinery Drafter (Shop Drawer)

Civardi Furniture is a leading Australian joinery manufacturer who specialises in custom high end commercial and residential fitouts. We are currently working on some of the most high profile joinery packages in Australia at One Circular Quay, Sydney. 

We operate out of our purpose built facility at Rydalmere featuring spacious and organised workspaces, cutting edge machinery and technology and great staff amenities. 

We are now looking to add a full time Joinery Drafter to our shop drawing team.  

The role will report directly to our Senior Drawing Manager and will involve working closely with the drawing and project management team. You will produce shop drawings from architectural designs for client approval and manufacturing on our CNC machines.

We are looking for an individual who:

• has excellent CAD skills and experience using Topsolid for Wood (or a willingness to learn - experience with 3D drawing, Solidworks or other drafting software will be considered)

• experience and understanding of the joinery manufacturing process (a qualified cabinet maker, machinist or shopfitter/joiner is an advantage)

• has strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities

• takes pride in their work and has a good work ethic

• can work collaboratively with the team to effectively communicate information about projects

• is enthusiastic, self motivated, responsible and has good interpersonal skills
