HVAC - Brisbane Based Site Supervisor (Air Boar)

Air Boar is a leading provider of HVAC Services within South East Queensland. Air Boar commenced in 2021, adding to the Boar Groups existing Fire, Electrical and Engineering companies. We pride ourselves on delivering a complete one stop shop, which includes top-tier services for projects ranging from minor works to mid-tier construction.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, procurement, site sketches and completion of HVAC installation and refurbishment projects. The projects will vary in scope within the minor works and special projects department (Specialising in works under $500,000.00 values).

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, within the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of how to manage programs, interpret designs, prepare parts/equipment lists, basic drafting/ sketching.
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. (assist with mentoring leading hands or coordinators)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or Trade qualified.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an HVAC Site Supervisor is required.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
