We are seeking a motivated and professional Salon Coordinator to lead our front of house and support daily salon operations. About the Role

• Based at reception and the salon floor as the first point of contact for clients.

• Ensure smooth daily operations.

• Manage bookings, calls, enquiries and front-of-house systems.

• Support stock control and ordering.

• Coordinate and motivate the team in a calm, organised way.

• Deliver outstanding client service in a luxury salon environment.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience as a salon or spa coordinator/front of house.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Confident with computers; experience with booking software preferred.

• Highly organised with excellent time management.

• Proactive problem-solver, motivated and professional.

• Well-presented and confident in client-facing roles.
