Headcase Hair is one of Sydney’s most prestigious salons, with locations in Paddington and Potts Point. We are seeking a motivated and professional Salon Coordinator to lead our front of house and support daily salon operations. About the Role
Based at reception and the salon floor as the first point of contact for clients.
Ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage bookings, calls, enquiries and front-of-house systems.
Support stock control and ordering.
Coordinate and motivate the team in a calm, organised way.
Deliver outstanding client service in a luxury salon environment.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years experience as a salon or spa coordinator/front of house.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Confident with computers; experience with booking software preferred.
Highly organised with excellent time management.
Proactive problem-solver, motivated and professional.
Well-presented and confident in client-facing roles.
