Retail Service Manager - Morphett Vale

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Service/Retail Manager to join our Morphett Vale Pharmacy team on a 12-month full-time contract basis. 

 

Service/Retail Managers are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they: 

• Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs. 
• Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time.
• provide your team with support and guidance in the areas of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement.
• manage rosters and timekeeping for all OTC team members.
• Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
• Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

People who excel as National Pharmacies Service/Retail Managers consistently demonstrate: 

• Relevant retail and people management experience - preferably in Pharmacy.
• Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others.
• Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
• Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
• Adaptability and flexibility 

 

The successful candidate must be able to commit to the following roster:

Monday: 8.00am - 4.30pm

Tuesday - Friday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
