About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality maintenance plumbing services while providing leadership and support to a growing field team.

Reporting directly to the Management team, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Completing commercial and residential maintenance plumbing works
• Leading jobs on-site and supporting junior team members
• Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships
• Managing works across schools, restaurants, strata properties, and commercial sites
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Supporting business growth through strong workmanship and leadership

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Current Plumbing Trade Qualification
• Solid experience in maintenance plumbing environments
• Strong leadership capability and ability to take ownership on-site
• Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach
