Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Looking for a step up? We're on the hunt for a hands-on Office Supervisor to keep our dealership running like a well-oiled machine.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running the day-to-day stock control and registration side of the dealership
• Leading and supporting our Registration Clerk and Stock Controllers
• Jumping in to cover registration and stock control when the team is on leave
• Keeping vehicle registrations, paperwork, and compliance on point
• Managing vehicle stock records and keeping everything accurate and up to date
• Working closely with sales, finance, and service teams
• Improving processes and keeping things running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in office management or senior admin (automotive = a big plus)
• Experience with Revolution (TUNE) dealer management system is preferred
• Solid understanding of registrations and/or stock control
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• A natural leader who can support and guide a team
• Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Good with systems, numbers, and getting things done right the first time
