In House Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Phone technical support to national network of customers.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues with vending machines.

Assist in installing and configuring new vending machines in the back end system.

Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and inventory of spare parts.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

Assist in warehouse stock management and picking of stock.

Assisting in any area within the business that may be required at any given time.

Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Permanent working rights in Australia.

Forklift license preferred but not essential.

Benefits:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Full-time employment with regular hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
