Australian Select Timbers is one of Australia's leading flooring wholesalers, supplying flooring products to retail customers nationwide. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator & Truck Driver to join our fast growing Melbourne team based in Dandenong South.

This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse duties with local deliveries, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and staying active throughout the day.

About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, we are looking for experienced and energetic all rounder warehouse operator/local truck driver to join our VIC warehouse team!      

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.

• Conduct stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Complete local deliveries to customers and distribution partners.

• Perform vehicle safety checks and maintain delivery records.

• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming stock.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Work collaboratively with warehouse, customer service, and sales teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current MR or HR Driver's Licence.

• Current Forklift Licence (LF).

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or delivery operations.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated attitude.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience within flooring, timber, building materials, or a related industry is highly regarded but not essential.
