Sales Consultant - Launic Motor Group

Launic Motors have an opportunity for well-presented, enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Consultants to join our sales team at both Richmond and Essendon (Moonee Ponds)

You must have a desire to exceed customer expectations, have strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.

We are a family owned business, NO SUNDAY’s, favorable opening and closing hours with ample parking onsite.

Responsibilities' include, but not limited to:

• All aspects of the sales process

• Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customer

• Achieving individual sales KPI'S

• Developing and Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Skoda Brand

• Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting out clients to find the right vehicle

About you:

• Passionate about the automotive industry and the Skoda Brand

• Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills

• Motivated and Process Driven

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to create a positive working environment

• Immaculately presented

• The ability to ensure compliance with group and stakeholder policies and procedures

• Vic Driver's license
