JB Caravans is seeking an experienced Caravan & Motorhome Service Centre Manager to lead our Penrith Service Centre. This role is responsible for overseeing all service operations, managing a skilled team of technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

• Oversee the scheduling, servicing, maintenance, warranty repairs, and general repairs of caravans and motorhomes.

• Manage customer enquiries and service bookings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of required components and materials.

• Develop and implement service department procedures and best practices.

• Monitor departmental performance, productivity, and profitability.

• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

• Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and warranty providers to achieve efficient outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing a caravan, RV, motorhome, or caravan service department.

• Strong knowledge of caravan construction, servicing, maintenance, and warranty repair processes.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience managing workshop operations, job scheduling, and technician productivity.

• Experience using service management software (Eclipse experience advantageous).

• Trade qualifications in a relevant field will be highly regarded.
