Experienced Skin and Laser Clinician

Are you an experienced Skin and Laser Therapist wanting to make a difference and build long term client relationships?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced skin and laser Therapist to join our close knit and supportive team in July.

As a Senior Skin & Laser Therapist you will:

• Work exclusively with our clients to help them through their skin and laser journeys.

• Conduct comprehensive Skin analysis and Consultations.

• Perform clinical facial treatments including a range of chemical peels, Skin Needling, LED, Laser Pigmentation removal, Red Vein removal, and our exclusive Acne Treatments, Facials + more.

• Providing treatment plans and following up with your clients

• If you have experience in laser, this is a definite advantage - we perform Laser Hair Removal with Candela.

• Create custom skincare regimes from some of the most advanced product ranges including Aspect, Medik8, Ultraceuticals.

• Work closely in a team where your input is appreciated and valued.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You are passionate about skin and truly believe in results-driven treatments.

You will have:

Australian permanent residency is required for this position.

• Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician Qualifications preferred

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good communication skills and dedication to high quality customer service.

• Be confident in selling with a focus on achieving daily and monthly targets – we train you in our products, so you are confident to promote after care to our clients.

• Experience and confidence with skin and laser treatments.

• Moderate laser treatment experience with various laser technologies and procedures is required.

• Be able to conduct skin and/or laser consultations – ongoing training will be given.

• Must work efficiently within a team.

• Experience with KPI's.

• Positive and professional attitude.
