Quoter & Supervisor — Ceiling Industry

We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated individual to take on a dual role — handling quoting for jobs across the south of the river Perth area, while also providing on-site supervision to ensure works are completed to our high standards.

The Role

This is a remote, field-based role. You'll work from home and head out to jobs each day in your company vehicle, covering predominantly the south of the river Perth area. No office to report to — just you, your expertise, and the autonomy to manage your own patch.

• Prepare accurate quotes for ceiling repair and maintenance works following site assessments

• Supervise on-site works to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the required standard

• Liaise directly with clients throughout the job — you'll be the face of the company in your area

• Use your knowledge to assess scope of work and determine the best approach on site

• Uphold the company's health and safety systems at all times

• Maintain and strengthen the company's strong reputation within the ceiling repair market

• Work closely with the broader team and report to management

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in quoting within the ceiling or broader building industry

• Hands-on trade background in ceilings, plastering, or a related building discipline (highly regarded)

• Strong eye for detail with the ability to assess and price jobs accurately

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Good organisational and time management skills — able to manage your day independently

• Can-do, positive attitude with a commitment to quality

• Current driver's licence (essential)
