About the Opportunity

We are seeking reliable, professional and motivated Cleaners to join our growing team servicing residential homes and commercial facilities across Melbourne's Western Suburbs, Northern Suburbs and CBD.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong eye for detail and are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services that exceed client expectations.

As part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining safe, hygienic and welcoming environments for our clients. Our work includes residential properties as well as commercial settings such as childcare centres, offices and community facilities.

Whether you are an experienced cleaner or looking to further develop your skills, we provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed and grow within your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties in residential homes and commercial facilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation

  • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising of surfaces

  • Bathroom, kitchen and common area cleaning

  • Waste removal and replenishment of consumables where required

  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures and infection control practices

  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly

  • Report maintenance issues, hazards or concerns identified on site

  • Deliver professional and respectful customer service when interacting with clients


About You

Essential Requirements

  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee) or Victorian Working with Children Clearance

  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence

  • Reliable transport

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Ability to work across Melbourne West, Melbourne North and Melbourne CBD

Desirable

  • Previous experience in residential, commercial, healthcare or childcare cleaning

  • Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices - We can offer training

  • Experience using professional cleaning equipment and chemicals
