Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Japanese Head Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Japanese hair spa treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Weekend Work A Must

Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Japanese hair spa treatments, including scalp cleansing, massage, and conditioning.

• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the treatment area and tools.

• Educate clients on hair and scalp health.

• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Training Provided

• Previous experience in massage therapy is preferred.

• Minimum 6-12 months of massage therapy experience required.

• Experience in hairdressing or hair spa treatments is a plus.

• Knowledge of Japanese hair spa techniques is a plus.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills; training will be provided.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients.

• Passion for hair care and wellness.

• Must have valid Australian work rights or authorisation to work in Australia.
