Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Japanese Head Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Japanese hair spa treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Weekend Work A Must
Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Perform Japanese hair spa treatments, including scalp cleansing, massage, and conditioning.
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the treatment area and tools.
Educate clients on hair and scalp health.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Training Provided
Previous experience in massage therapy is preferred.
Minimum 6-12 months of massage therapy experience required.
Experience in hairdressing or hair spa treatments is a plus.
Knowledge of Japanese hair spa techniques is a plus.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills; training will be provided.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients.
Passion for hair care and wellness.
Must have valid Australian work rights or authorisation to work in Australia.

Part-time positions require a commitment of 20-25 hours per week.
