We are seeking a motivated and reliable Property Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their workmanship, and has a strong work ethic.

About the Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties, ensuring our clients' properties are maintained to a high standard.

Duties Include:

• General property maintenance

• Carpentry work

• Roof sheeting and Plumbing

• Basic repairs and handyman tasks

• Rubbish removal and site clean-ups

• Fence, gate and retaining wall repairs

• Assisting with small renovation and improvement projects

Essential Requirements:

• Current Driver's Licence

• White Card

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour

• Reliable, punctual and professional

• Able to quickly learn new software systems

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction or a trade background

• Experience operating machinery and power tools

• HR Licence

• First Aid Certificate

• Carpentry Work
