Our Opportunity 

We're looking for a skilled Dump Truck Operator to jump in and keep our sites running at full pace. If you know how to move earth efficiently, work safely, and bring your A-game every day — we want to hear from you.

 

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be behind the wheel of articulated and/or rigid dump trucks, hauling bulk materials — spoil, aggregates, fill — across active civil construction sites. Your work directly drives project delivery, so reliability and precision matter.

• Operate dump trucks safely and productively across live civil construction sites
• Transport bulk materials in line with site plans and supervisor direction
• Complete thorough pre-start inspections 
• Follow all loading and haulage procedures to keep site movement smooth
• Work with a team of experienced operators
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Leading Hands and plant operators
• Own your WHS and environmental responsibilities

What You Bring

• Dump truck experience in civil construction or bulk earthworks
• Solid competency operating large mobile plant — safely and efficiently
• A genuine understanding of site safety and environmental obligations
• Valid VOC for dump truck operation
• Rock-solid attendance, strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Clear communicator who takes direction
