General Handyman

About the role - Immediate start

This is a full-time position servicing residential and commercial properties across Adelaide.

As part of the team at Kenny’s Maintenance and Electrical, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality property maintenance, handyperson services ensuring all works are completed to a professional standard and aligned with client expectations.

What you'll be doing

Handyman / Property Maintenance Role:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works

• Complete painting, plaster repairs, tiling, and minor renovation tasks

• Perform general handyman duties such as tightening door handles, installing blinds, and completing small maintenance jobs

• Assist with garden maintenance and basic landscaping where required

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site

• Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation

• Deliver a high standard of workmanship on all jobs

• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment at all times

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years minimum experience

• Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and practices

• Experience in plastering, tiling, and painting ability will be highly regarded

• Strong practical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A valid driver's licence
