Apprentice Boilermaker

About the Role

Bryan Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Apprentice Boilermaker to join our team in Paget, Queensland. With several long-term projects secured, this is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career while learning from experienced tradespeople.

This is a full-time apprenticeship offering hands-on training across workshop and site-based fabrication projects, with the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised trade qualification and build a long-term career in the mining and fabrication industry.

What we are looking for!

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to kick-start their trade career.

• A genuine interest in fabrication, welding and the manufacturing industry.

• Completed Year 12 (preferred).

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced mentors.

• Good practical skills and an interest in working with tools and machinery.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.

• A strong commitment to working safely and following workplace procedures.

• Strong communication skills and reliability.

• A current driver's licence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learn from experienced tradespeople – gain hands-on experience in structural fabrication, welding and heavy industrial projects.

• Earn while you learn – complete a nationally recognised apprenticeship while getting paid and building real-world skills.

• Develop skills for life – combine practical on-the-job training with formal studies to become a qualified Boilermaker.

• Safety comes first – work in a team that values safe work practices and looks after one another.

• Grow your career – receive ongoing mentoring and opportunities to expand your skills as you progress through your apprenticeship.
