Senior Maintenance Construction Plumber

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Maintenance / Construction Plumber to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a qualified plumber who enjoys a mix of maintenance, construction, project work, and mentoring apprentices.

You will work across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects, delivering high-quality plumbing solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations.

• Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently.

• Complete construction plumbing minor works.

• Read and interpret plans and specifications.

• Coordinate and supervise apprentices and junior plumbers.

• Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and regulations.

• Liaise with clients, builders, and project managers professionally.

• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.

About You

• Current QBCC Plumbing Licence.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs.

• Experience leading teams or supervising apprentices.

• Current Driver's Licence.

• White Card, Backflow, TMV, Gas Fitting, or Drainage qualifications highly regarded.
