Qualified Automotive Technician – Melton Mazda

Since opening in November 2025, Melton Mazda has continued to grow from strength to strength. With an expanding customer base, a modern workshop and a strong commitment to customer service, we're now looking to expand our team with the addition of a Qualified Automotive Technician.

About the Role

As a Qualified Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while contributing to a positive, safety-focused team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults across a range of vehicle systems

• Carrying out scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs

• Completing vehicle inspections and pre-delivery checks

• Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

• Working collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts Interpreters and fellow Technicians

• Assisting in the development and mentoring of Apprentice Technicians

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a relevant Automotive Trade Qualification

• Possess strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Take pride in producing high-quality work

• Have excellent time management and organisational skills

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety

• Enjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative team

• Hold a current driver's licence (manual licence preferred)

Previous dealership experience or exposure to Mazda products will be highly regarded but is not essential.
