BDS Mechanical currently has permanent positions available for Truck/Diesel Mechanics and Diesel Fitters to join our team locally in Brisbane or DIDO/FIFO from Brisbane to locations across Queensland. These are full time positions with various roster options available - a perfect opportunity to join a large, secure, reputable company.

BDS Mechanical Repairs Aus is a privately owned growing business that offers mechanical, auto electrical and welding repairs both in house and onsite with fixed workshop locations throughout Queensland. We have over 160 field service units and the team at BDS cover over 600,000 km2 of Queensland and Western Australia, meaning we’re never too far away. 

The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Relevant trade qualification

• Diagnostic experience

• Strong fault-finding skills

• Experience with trucks and trailers

• Heavy earthmoving experience (advantageous)

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Truck licence a bonus

• Additional skills, experience, tickets, and licences will be highly regarded
