Due to continued growth in the Pilbara region, J & S is seeking an experienced qualified Metal fabricator and Sheetmetal tradesperson to join our team.

Being a Mechanical Maintenance, Service and Repair Workshop. We operate from an established workshop and do customer Site Services. J & S Truck and Machinery Repairs are located in Wedgefield and support a large range of Pilbara clients.

Services include Mechanical, Auto Electrical, Air Conditioning, Boilermaking, Commercial & Heavy Vehicle Wheel Alignments, assisting in our client's success.
J & S has numerous established authorised Fleet Management relationships for Service and Repairs.

The Boilermaker role will join a dedicated team, providing welding &fabrication to a range of customer owned vehicle, equipment and trucks.

• Fleet Maintenance

• Fabrication & Boilermaking

• Earthmoving equipment Service & Repairs

• Workshop based, Field Service and Labour Hire

• Air Conditioning Repairs

• Stockist of a wide range of Truck and Trailer parts

• SLP Inspections

Essential Requirements:

• Australian Trade Qualified Certificate

• MUST have Aluminum & Stainless Steel Welding Experience

• Experience with fabrication

• Good Mechanical Aptitude and Attention to detail

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Someone who enjoys working in a small team environment

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and get the job done

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Tig and Mig Welding Skills

• General Metal Fabrication

• Fuel Tanker Repairs

• Truck and Trailer Weld Repairs

• Current Valid Driver's License

• Current Police Clearance

• Pass a Full Medical

Highly Regarded:

• Work Safely at Heights ticket

• Forklift license

• Elevated Work Platform license
