Mint Plumbing & Relining is a dynamic and growing plumbing business known for delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service. We specialise in maintenance plumbing, blocked drains, pipe relining, and residential/strata plumbing across Sydney.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking to expand our team and are currently recruiting for two different opportunities within one advert:

• Qualified Maintenance Plumber, or

• Experienced Sales Plumber

Role 1: Qualified Maintenance Plumber

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist the team to meet KPIs and operational targets

• Supervise works to ensure quality, productivity, and service standards are met

• Deliver pipe relining services and maintenance plumbing work

• Identify, test, and locate leaks

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and investigation reports

• Measure, bend, and cut pipes using hand and power tools

• Locate and mark positions for plumbing works in walls and floors

• Manage jobs using ServiceM8

• Stakeholder and customer management

• Mentor apprentices and help set company standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Manual Driver’s Licence

• Qualified Tradesman

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant post-trade experience

Role 2: Sales Plumber

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and plumbing assessments for new and existing customers

• Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and explain solutions clearly

• Prepare and present detailed quotes using company systems

• Close sales for services such as pipe relining and ongoing maintenance

• Liaise with scheduling and operations teams for smooth job handovers

• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a professional image

• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Mentor apprentices and uphold company standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Manual Driver’s Licence

• Qualified Tradesman

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant post-trade experience

• Strong sales ability and confidence presenting solutions to customers
