Trades Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced and motivated automotive professionals to join a busy and growing operation in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of new vehicles, completing fleet fit-outs, safety modifications, electrical installations, and accessory upgrades in a modern workshop environment.

Your Duties Will Include:

✅ Installing lights, radios, communication systems and safety equipment
✅ Fitting dual battery systems, inverters and electrical accessories
✅ Installation of bull bars, roof racks, trays, canopies and toolboxes
✅ Automotive wiring and electrical fit-outs
✅ Fleet vehicle accessory installations
✅ Quality checking completed work
✅ Working within a fast-paced production environment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

✅ Previous experience as a Vehicle Accessory Fitter, Auto Electrician, Mechanic, or in a similar automotive trade
✅ Minimum of 2 years' relevant industry experience
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Experience using hand and power tools
✅ Automotive wiring experience highly regarded
✅ Current Australian Driver's Licence
✅ Reliable work ethic and a positive attitude

✅ Auto Electrical experience
✅ Fleet vehicle fit-out experience
✅ Experience fitting aftermarket accessories
✅ Experience working on EVs (Electric Vehicles)
