Astor Metal Finishes is one of the largest electroplating companies in Australia.

We produce specialized metal finishes for architects, car restoration workshops. Jobs can be small or large. Plenty of variety and regular work.

This role may suit a 2nd or 3rd year paint apprentice or an experienced spray painter. You will be part of a team that produces world class finishes for buildings all over Australia as well as show quality car, truck and motorcycle parts.

We welcome applications from currently enrolled apprentices who are actively pursuing their training.

High quality PPE provided including filtered air supply spray painting helmet.

Salary: Flexible depending on experience

We are looking for the following.

• Spray painting experience essential.

• Minimum 6-12 months of spray painting experience required.

• Must be reliable.

• Willing to learn special techniques for this type of work

• Must know about metal prep for painting.

• Basic knowledge of metal preparation techniques is required.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work with precision.

• A team player. You will have excellent support and training.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
